POSITION INFO:
Minimum Candidate Requirements The recruitment agency shall ensure that each candidate submitted possesses the following minimum requirements: Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Sociology or related HR Field (NQF 7). Post Graduate qualification will be an added advantage. In-depth knowledge of HR Strategy formulation and implementation In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards on Human Resources and Labour Relations. Experience Minimum of 6 years' experience with a Human Resource Management background relating to all HR activities, of which 3 years must include managerial experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in HR strategic formulation, implementation and monitoring. Knowledge and Experience in relevant HR Information Systems software.
