The Opportunity

You will ensure office operations run without any delays. This role supports the business vision of the company. You must have experience leading technology teams at work. Your work removes technology roadblocks for all office staff. You must solve computer network problems during the week. You will manage data security protocols for the business. Your daily work keeps the entire business running forward.

POSITION INFO:
The Company This business operates as an independent communications agency today. They started their operations in nineteen ninety eight. The company provides advertising and digital design media services. They also handle client public relations and business strategy. Their target customers include retail brands in the market. They also serve banking and telecom clients every day. The business functions as a communications agency for clients. What You'll Be Doing Manage the technology support helpdesk for all company staff. Oversee all network servers and business cloud storage systems. Ensure data security protocols are updated on schedule. Lead a team of internal technical support staff members. Manage computer hardware upgrades for all company staff teams. Required Qualifications Hold a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Alternatively hold a Commerce degree in Informatics or equivalent. Possess at least five years of staff management experience. Required Experience Possess five years of experience leading technology support teams. Show an ability to solve computer network problems daily. Demonstrate experience managing data security protocol systems at work. Apply skill negotiating contracts with external software vendors.
