SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading IT Services Company, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with strong relationship management and business development experience within the IT industry.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Qualifications Matric (Grade 12). Relevant qualification in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle. Experience Minimum 5-10 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, or IT Sales. Proven experience managing key accounts within the IT industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience selling IT solutions, managed services, cloud services, infrastructure, software, or related technology solutions. Strong client relationship management experience at decision-maker level. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Develop and implement account growth strategies. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations. Achieve revenue and profitability targets. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful service delivery. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting. Required Skills Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Strong commercial and business acumen. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Key Competencies Results-driven and target-oriented.
