IT Service Continuity Manager

POSITION INFO:

Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• 6 years’ experience in IT with at least 3 years managing IT Operations with an emphasis on IT Applications, Business Continuity Management and Service Level Management.
• Proven experience as IT Operations Manager and high attention to detail.
• Financial services exposure with emphasis on Commercial & Personal lines insurance is advantageous. Knowledge of & Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices will be advantageous.
• Solid Knowledge of: o Cloud services – Azure & AWS. o Microsoft systems – Windows, servers, exchange, Active Directory o JIRA o DevOps

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
