SUMMARY:
IT Service Continuity Manager

POSITION INFO:

Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

6 years’ experience in IT with at least 3 years managing IT Operations with an emphasis on IT Applications, Business Continuity Management and Service Level Management.
Proven experience as IT Operations Manager and high attention to detail.
Financial services exposure with emphasis on Commercial & Personal lines insurance is advantageous. Knowledge of & Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices will be advantageous.
Solid Knowledge of: o Cloud services – Azure & AWS. o Microsoft systems – Windows, servers, exchange, Active Directory o JIRA o DevOps

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
