Wanted: Internal Audit Manager with extensive banking experience

POSITION INFO:

A leading Financial Services Provider is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to spearhead the Retail Business Banking function. This will be an experienced individual who is able to operate at a strategic level, manage people and manage stakeholders relationships.

The candidate will be someone who can propose and implement the Internal Audit strategy, coordinate resources in the execution of the audit plan and provide guidance to the Internal Audit team. You will need to conduct your duties in line with the IPPF for Internal Auditors.

Someone who is assertive, persuasive and strategic will be successful in this role.

Qualification Requirements:

CA(SA)/CIA

BCom honours degree is essential

Experience and Skills Required

10 years Internal Audit experience

At least 4 years Retail Banking Business experience

People management experience

Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills
