Job Description: Junior Demand Generation Lead

We are looking for a highly creative, organized and passionate marketer that will support demand generation campaign execution, coordination of events and support digital marketing efforts such as deploying web and email properties.

The employee is employed in the capacity of Junior Demand Generation Lead, and will be part of our creative team.

Requirements:

• Ability to conceptualize and follow through on projects from start to finish
• Experience in digital communication and demand generation marketing
• Some formal Marketing education, preferably within demand generation/campaign strategy
• Ability and foresight to put yourself in the shoes of the end-user/campaign audience
• Confident and agile communication abilities (both written and verbal)
• Creative mindset to generate, deploy and test new ideas/campaign tactics

Tasks to be performed:

• Understand overall demand generation campaign goals and requirements
• Execute and manage supporting tasks according to those requirements
• Execute required tasks within timeframe and hours requested
• Organize digital efforts of campaigns (example: compile email copy, email recipient details, graphics and manage requests to produce and test email proofs)
• Maintain campaign calendar/production schedule
• Support industry event coordination/management
• Maintain a high-level of communication throughout internal teams and provide visibility into campaign/event/project statuses
