SUMMARY:
Are you a Consultative professional Sales Specialist managing business to business client relationships calling on Directors & Business owners increasing revenue, understanding gross profit & managing clients specific needs analysis?

Our International client has built their current portfolio & there is an extensive opportunity to increase sales within this current portfolio and grow relationships to increase business substantially.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, your primary focus will be providing tailored solutions. Once a sale is secured, you will hand over the client requirement and manage the dedicated admin support team implementing the process to ensure all commitments are delivered timeously.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS Matric with relevant qualification advantageous B2B product sales experience essential Highly professional to deal with High End CEO's and Directors Excellent financial acumen understanding gross profit and all finance margins Driven to develop customer relationships Entrepeneurial, continually thinking out of the box Ability to oversee the admin support team of four employees Proven negotiation and customer relationship management skills Essential to be fluent in English and Afrikaans Proficient in understanding of CRM and ERP systems Ability to manage high-end tenders DUTIES Manage the support staff Sales team Report into the Head of Business Development Ensure the best customer retention strategies are in place and customers are called on timeously Manage consultative sales opportunities Identify, create, and assess all opportunities with existing clients for upselling opportunities Ensure a clear understanding of clients requirements Manage a successful pipeline Conduct reports including deadlines, customer pipeline update and loss analysis Attend sales meetings as required Identify new sales leads through networking and prospecting Maintain a solid understanding of industry products by keeping research up to date, and attend industry events i Use solid commercial selling skills for closing of sales Manage customer queries or complaints and resolve satisifying clients requirements Daily supporting of Sales support team Manage tenders, pricing comparisons & market analyses Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
