Our client is seeking a vibrant, energetic and commercially driven Key Accounts Manager to manage and grow key dealer accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key dealer accounts. Drive sales growth and achieve defined commercial and marketing objectives. Identify, prospect and secure new clients and business opportunities. Increase distribution and availability of the company's brand portfolio to drive incremental volume. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and a thorough understanding of client needs. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to identify opportunities through effective business analysis. Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and anticipate potential service challenges. Manage projects and processes effectively, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved. Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and maximise revenue opportunities. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery. Requirements Relevant postgraduate degree or diploma, preferably within Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field. 3-5 years' proven experience in Sales Management, Key Account Management or a similar commercial role. A strong, proven sales track record with a genuine hunter mentality. Experience in developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships. Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building abilities. Excellent listening skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team. Ability to remain calm, professional and level-headed while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Highly presentable, articulate, persuasive and tenacious. Honest, trustworthy and committed to maintaining strong business integrity. A positive, enthusiastic and solutions-focused attitude.
