POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Bcom 3-5 years' relevant experience in a Cost Accounting environment Proven experience within a manufacturing environment Strong costing and financial analysis experience Strong understanding of management accounting principles Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse management accounts and financial reports Drive accurate costing and cost analysis across manufacturing operations Analyse financial performance, variances and key cost drivers Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Monitor CAPEX expenditure and evaluate financial performance Provide commercial insights to support operational and strategic decisions Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improved financial performance Partner with operational teams to improve financial visibility and accountability Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and numerical ability Excellent costing and financial analysis skills Commercially astute with strong business acumen Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate insights effectively Confident stakeholder engagement skills Are you ready to take your management accounting expertise into a role where your financial insight can directly influence business performance?
