POSITION INFO:
A well-established industry leader is seeking a Management Accountant to join its finance team in Centurion. The successful candidate will take ownership of plant costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while working closely with operational teams to improve efficiencies and profitability. Maintain and analyse Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and costing models. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor and report on Work-in-Progress (WIP), inventory, and manufacturing variances. Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports. Deliver insightful cost analysis and profitability reporting. Partner with plant management to support business objectives. Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant Finance, Accounting, or Commerce Degree. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Management Accountant. Proven experience within a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong knowledge of BOM management, budgeting, forecasting, and WIP analysis. Solid understanding of manufacturing costing, inventory management, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships across finance and operational teams. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
