MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT – JHB
R360K ANNUALLY

My client who is a giant in the manufacturing space is hiring a seasoned management accountant. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the operational finance, annual processes, and reporting within the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Driving Governance at site with financial manager.
Compiling the weekly cash-up forecasting models against plan and driving continuous improvement with business unit management
Working capital management
Ensuring compliance to Group processes regarding CRMS, POD’s and rebates
Ensuring all liabilities are recorded, all compliance linked to the operational aspects of order origination, POD’s, receipting, and cost recording is managed in line with SOPs and work instructions.
Project management, Capex review, EVA modelling.
Assisting with site annual external audit process
Assisting in site annual budget process
Assisting with the Completion of and on-time submission of monthly management reporting pack
Reporting of analysis of key drivers (waste, GP, rebates, and all variable & fixed inputs)

Qualifications:

3-year BCom Degree with post graduate CIMA preferred
Manufacturing and product costing experience essential.

Skills and knowledge:

Project management skills
High energy, tenacity and resilience required
Ability to manage multiple priorities
