A leading logistics company based in the East Rand is recruiting for a Management Accountant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
Our client, a multinational logistics company with offices in 55 countries and decades of industry knowledge and experience, is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant who will manage a team of 15 – 20 subordinates across finance and procurement and report directly to the CFO.

The duties of this role include assisting with year end audit, compiling the monthly audit file, reviewing monthly financial pack, managing statutory requirements, fixed asset management, variance analysis, procurement management and cost saving initiatives, negotiating supplier terms, approving suppliers and creditors and developing, implementing and monitoring KPA and performance standards.

Education:

BCom Honours
CIMA

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 - 7 years experience in a similar role
Logistics / Freight / Import and Export knowledge
SAP
Management experience
Dealings with procurement department (High beneficial)
