JOB SUMMARY:
Supplier company in the Overberg area, is looking for a Management Accountant to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

B Accounting / BCom Accounting / BCom Management Accounting (CA / CIMA Route)
CA (SA) / CIMA Accountant / SAIPA Accountant
Audit Articles completed
CaseWare Working Papers experience
Strong IFRS experience
Management Accountant 5+ years’ experience
MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
Evolution experience beneficial, but not required

Duties:

General journal processing
Month-end journals
Compile IFRS financial statements
Monthly reconciliation Books update
Assisting FM with interim and annual audits
Debtor’s insurance
Financial analysis of management accounts
Creditor approvals
Management of POD’s
Bank approvals and release
Age analysis review monthly
Admin and processing of Sage Evolution
Compile file for AUC account (implement and project template)
Checks on insurance cover competencies
Declaration of repairs and maintenance
Monthly reports with variance analysis
Annual budget assistance

Personality:

Work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Detail orientated
Accuracy in working methods
Willing to work longer hours when needed
