JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecommunications industry has an opportunity available for a Manager: Billing Operations to be based in the Johannesburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in Finance or Commerce
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in specialisation; with experience in managing others.
Experience working in a large organisation
At least 5 year’ s experience in a similar management position, in dynamic and fast-moving industries

KPAs:

Implement action and plans to ensure fulfilment of objectives, liaising with relevant areas when necessary to ensure delivery of required solutions, customer experience and SLAs.
Assist in driving best practice, continuous improvement and innovation at process and procedure level
Assist in reviewing of policies, processes, and procedures within the credit risk and billing department, and provide suggestions
Control all end-to-end consumer bill runs, including online and mobile platforms and processes
Manage billing queries, ensuring accurate and timeous resolution as per agreed turnaround time
Oversee the package creation process as per the consumer business units’ guidelines
Customer Experience Management
Compile and present monthly billing reports
Project Management
Projects and system enhancements
Stakeholder Relationships
Recruit, develop and retain people with outstanding skills, qualifications, and potential
