MD for FMCG industry

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Develop, review and refine in consultation with EXCO the Company’s business strategy, execute the strategy and obtain a leading position in the marketplace.
Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities.
Be the chief ambassador for the Company, ensuring that the company is well-positioned in the public marketplace and building relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
Be the primary spokesperson for the Company.
Provide high-level tactical leadership to the Board and the management team.
Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organization.
Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved

Requirements

Qualified CA (SA) + LLB
10 years of MD/CEO experience in the Food/FMCG Industry
Advanced Excel skills/experience
Financial/Marketing and Sales acumen
Operational Management experience
Must be fully vaccinated
Only SA Citizens will be considered
