POSITION INFO:
Desired qualifications & experience:

5+ years in a strategic, senior management role within the FMCG industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
Understanding of manufacturing/production essential
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to drive results.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
