Company and Job Description: We work with organisations across a range of industries that are looking for talented Marketing Technology Specialists to manage and optimise the technology that powers their marketing operations We are proactively building our talent pool for both current and future opportunities, connecting skilled MarTech professionals with organisations where their ability to bridge the gap between marketing, technology and data can directly contribute to business growth If you're open to exploring your next career move, this is an opportunity to get your profile in front of a specialist Digital recruitment consultant and be considered for opportunities that align with your experience, career goals and preferred working environment You could have the opportunity to manage marketing technology stacks, implement and optimise platforms, oversee integrations, improve data flows, support digital transformation and work with marketing and technology teams to build scalable solutions Skills & Experience: Manage and optimise marketing technology platforms and ecosystems Evaluate and implement MarTech solutions based on business and marketing requirements Manage integrations between CRM, marketing, analytics and other digital platforms Work with customer data to improve segmentation, personalisation and marketing performance Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Data, Product and Development teams on technology initiatives Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo or similar Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and digital tracking is advantageous Understanding of APIs, data integrations, tracking and marketing technology architecture Assist with platform migrations, implementations and ongoing system optimisation Monitor platform performance, data quality and system functionality Stay up to date with emerging MarTech, AI, automation and digital technologies Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills Ability to translate marketing requirements into practical technology solutions Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field Relevant certifications in MarTech, CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics or other marketing technology platforms are advantageous Apply now!
