POSITION INFO:
Are you a commercially minded Pricing Analyst who loves working with data, uncovering trends and finding opportunities to improve profitability? An exciting opportunity is available within a well-established and dynamic organisation, where you'll play a key role in developing and analysing pricing strategies that support revenue growth and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyse pricing, sales, margin and product performance data Develop and maintain pricing models, reports and dashboards Monitor competitor pricing and market trends Identify pricing opportunities and risks across product categories Support pricing strategies that drive revenue and profitability Perform margin and profitability analysis Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to commercial and finance stakeholders Assist with pricing reviews, promotions and product changes Ensure pricing data is accurate, consistent and up to date Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Procurement and Commercial teams Minimum Requirements: Relevant BCom \/ Finance \/ Economics \/ Statistics \/ Business Analytics qualification 2-4 years' experience in pricing, commercial analysis, financial analysis or a similar analytical role Strong Excel skills - advanced Excel would be advantageous Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights Strong analytical and numerical ability Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of margins and profitability Experience with BI tools, ERP systems or pricing software would be advantageous Ready to take the next step?
