Our FMCG manufacturing client is looking for a National Sales Manager to join their growing business.

  • Ability to lead a sale team.

Authority

  • The authority to lead the investigation & decision-making processes & possess necessary Food Safety knowledge to execute a successful product recall.
  • The authority to delegated upwards - this means that if they are unavailable for any reason and there is no suitable backup or the backup is unavailable, then they have the authority to appoint a member of Top Management to handle all Food Safety & Product Recall Responsibilities.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Experience in FMCG key account management.
  • LEAN principals
  • FSSC 22000, ISO 45000, 18000 and 9001
