New Business Admin

• Job Role:
  • The New Business Outbound Consultant will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting and resolving all queries related to Account Origination journey for New Bank client, including Bin migration clients.

• Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to (product and systems will be trained here):
  • Investigate, troubleshoot why clients are stuck in the Account Origination journey
  • Provide feedback and insights on Account Origination journey blockers
  • Provides exceptional client on-boarding experience - personalized, warm and effective through our multiple channels e.g. calls, web, chat, video, etc.
  • Supports the new accounts application process and ensure accuracy/completeness of activations, when required
  • Educates our clients about their accounts/products
  • Identifies up-sell opportunities (understand the client's needs/provide solutions) if required
  • Actions Know Your Customer (KYC) principles.
  • Achieves specified production targets and turn-around-times

• Education and Experience

• Grade 12
• Bachelor of Commerce Degree
