SUMMARY:
A leading franchised motor dealership is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive new vehicle profitability. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealership performance, developing sales executives, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly sales and profitability targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Monitor daily sales activity, enquiries, conversions, and pipeline performance. Coach, train, and performance manage Sales Executives. Ensure compliance with OEM standards, dealership policies, and F&I processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and fleet buyers. Manage vehicle stock levels in conjunction with the Dealer Principal and OEM. Analyse sales reports, market trends, and competitor activity to maximise opportunities. Oversee customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns. Drive accessory, value-added product, and finance penetration alongside the F&I department. Minimum Requirements 5+ years' experience in a New Vehicle Sales Management role within a franchised dealership. Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and GP targets. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship abilities. Sound understanding of OEM standards and dealership operations. Valid driver's licence. Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous).
