SUMMARY:
A reputable franchised motor dealership is looking for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead its pre-owned vehicle division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, maximising profitability, managing vehicle stock, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the used vehicle sales team to achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets. Drive sales performance through effective coaching, motivation, and performance management. Manage the sourcing, appraisal, pricing, and ageing of used vehicle stock. Monitor daily sales activity, leads, conversions, and sales pipeline. Ensure accurate vehicle valuations and competitive pricing in line with market trends. Work closely with the F&I department to maximise finance and value-added product penetration. Maintain compliance with OEM and dealership policies and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and fleet clients. Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and analyse sales reports, stock reports, and departmental performance. Minimum Requirements 5+ years' experience in a Used Vehicle Sales Management role within a franchised dealership. Proven track record of achieving vehicle sales and profitability targets. Strong knowledge of vehicle appraisals, stock management, and used car pricing. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills. Computer literate with dealership management systems experience. Valid driver's licence. Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous).
