SUMMARY:
OFFICE MANAGER / ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS AVAILABLE (x3)
Location: Florida, Gauteng, South Africa
Salary: R20,000 – R22,000 per month

A well-established legal practice based in Florida, Gauteng is seeking three experienced Office Managers to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff
- Manage file flow and ensure compliance with internal systems
- Monitor deadlines and maintain overall operational efficiency
- Liaise with legal teams and support staff
- Uphold high standards of client service

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in office or administrative management
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Legal practice experience (advantageous, but not essential)
