About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and results-driven Office & Reporting Manager to join the Holding Company of a diversified group of businesses.
Preference may be given to male candidates, subject to the Company's employment equity objectives and operational requirements.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing accurate financial and operational reporting to the Directors, improving reporting systems, overseeing projects, and driving efficiencies across the business. This position requires an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong accounting knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Compile accurate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Submit daily operational and financial reports to the Directors.
• Analyze business data and present meaningful management information.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve reporting structures and processes.
• Build reporting capacity across the Group by introducing efficient reporting tools and procedures.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes of operational and financial issues.
• Provide practical solutions and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Assist with and manage various business improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all reporting functions.
• Support the Directors with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as required.

• Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience developing reporting systems and management dashboards will be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Valid Code 08 driver's license with own reliable transport.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Upper Highway area.
