JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an organised, efficient administrator to oversee the following:

Capturing data / reconciling trip sheet numbers, vehicle details and driver details
Updating diesel spreadsheet
Recording diesel, KM, consumption and driver details
Updating daily schedules
Handing POD's after collating paperwork to finance for processing
Downloading and creating reports daily for management
Assist with stock take as and when needed
Assist with Admin / Workshop - adhoc work

Note:

This position is based in Cato Ridge, own reliable transport would be essential
Must have previous, relevant experience
Must be numerically orientated
Proficient in MS Office
