POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Deliver IT operations support services for global production environments.
Monitor and maintain application health and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents with minimal downtime.
Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
Lead postmortem analysis of major incidents and drive improvements.
Document operational procedures and incident reports.
Provide 24/7 support as part of a global team.

Essential Skills

Fluent in Business English (verbal and written).
Minimum 3 years in customer service-facing roles.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to manage escalations and complaints effectively.

Advantageous

IT certifications or qualifications.
Familiarity with BMW-specific processes and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years IT-related working experience.
