SUMMARY:
Our client in the Logistics industry is looking for a strong Operations Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
The Operations Manager is responsible and fully accountable for the operational efficiency and service delivery across the business operations. Operating in a fast-paced SME logistics environment, the role requires a highly hands-on leader who can optimise fleet and warehouse operations, manage independent contractors, and implement practical systems, controls, and policies to support scalable growth.

Required experience and education:

Demonstrated success in building and managing operational teams
Proven experience in an SME or entrepreneurial environment
Strong exposure to fleet, inventory, warehousing, and contractor management
