SUMMARY:
To ensure that finance is seen as a value adding business partner (Business, Tenants, Property Asset Management and External clients). To oversee and manage all aspects of the Client Portfolio Financial Department. To develop systems that cater for the reporting needs of property owners.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accounting function of malls located outside of South Africa, which includes but are not limited to: -

Assume Responsibility for the effective performance of all accounting related matters
Maintaining effective communication and co-ordination with company personal and management.
The candidate will also be responsible to provide support to the Property Management team throughout Africa in terms of System Administration.

Requirements:
Experience / Education:

Matric with related Degree as well as 3 years relevant experience.

Skills required:

Computer literacy: SAP (SAP Real Estate Module Experience will be beneficial); Experience on any other Property Management System will be advantageous; MS Office - Excel Advanced, Outlook and Word;

Financial Reporting
Client Management
Accounts Reporting Knowledge required:
Detailed knowledge of all financial policies, procedures and processes
Capital expenditure
Contract Management (leases and suppliers)
Legal aspects
Reconciliations
Income Statement,
Balance Sheet, Budgets, Forecast and Variance Reporting
Tax, VAT, WHT
