POSITION INFO:
Expect opportunities that may include: Developing and executing paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals Managing and optimising advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and display networks Conducting audience research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and keyword research to improve campaign performance Monitoring, analysing, and optimising campaign performance to achieve KPIs including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates Managing and allocating advertising budgets effectively across multiple channels Implementing and maintaining tracking, conversion measurement, attribution models, and reporting frameworks Conducting A\/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments Collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to develop high-performing advertising assets Producing regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Staying updated with industry trends, platform developments, and paid media best practices Job Experience and Skills Typically Required: Education Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels Experience managing advertising budgets and optimising campaign spend to achieve ROI targets Exposure to marketing automation platforms and CRM systems will be advantageous Skills Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising platforms Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution modelling Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Experience with audience targeting retargeting strategies, bidding models, and campaign optimisation Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and LinkedIn Marketing Labs certifications will be advantageous Apply now!
