POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Requirements:

Expertise in Sage 300 payroll system is a must
Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis
Experience managing large-scale payroll, including weekly and monthly wage payments
Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements
Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor

Ability to implement and maintain efficient payroll processes
Responsibilities:

Manage full payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries
Serve as a trusted advisor to management on payroll matters
Maintain payroll compliance and internal controls
Support employees with payroll queries and concerns
