Great opportunity for a People Specialist to join an established manufacturing and FMCG distribution business in Boksburg, Gauteng.

The company develops skincare products, selling across SA and International markets.

The People Specialist will be based at the global manufacturing site and will report to the People Manager. The key function of the role is the management of HR administration.

Some core responsibilities include:

Recruitment
Onboarding
Training
Payroll
HR Events
IR/ER
Employee Terminations
Employee Health & Safety

Ideally the team is looking for :

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Psychology
3+ years’ experience as HR Generalist in FMCG environment
Exceptional organisational & leadership skills.
Eye for detail and ability to solve problems
Integrity and honesty
