We are looking for a paid media operator who judges success by the cash register, not the click counter

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:
Campaign Deployment & Refinement: Execute and continually refine PPC initiatives with a laser focus on conversion value and revenue return
Budget Stewardship: Hold the reins on spend allocation, making real-time calls to protect and enhance ROI
Performance Forensics: Dig into data streams to spot hidden opportunities, trends, and inefficiencies that others miss
Iteration Engine: Champion a test-and-learn culture, exploring fresh platforms and tactics to unlock scalable performance
Insight Translation: Distill complex performance data into actionable, plain-English direction that drives smarter commercial choices

Skills & Experience (Not Negotiable)
Proven history of running campaigns tied to actual sales figures
Comfort managing substantial marketing budgets with bottom-line accountability
Google Ads certified with experience across Search & Social
Highly analytical, data-driven mindset
Proactive optimization-focused approach
