About the Role

As a Portfolio Director, you will:

Lead and manage staff within the property management stream.
Oversee commercial property portfolios, ensuring compliance and profitability.
Make operational decisions around income and expenditure aligned with client mandates.
Drive growth by identifying new markets and optimising asset performance.
Improve long-term profitability of shopping centres through revamps/expansions.
Represent the company in industry forums, committees, and community initiatives.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) – Tertiary qualification in business or property management preferred.
Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and PPRA compliance.
Minimum 10 years’ property management experience, with a focus on commercial property.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
