Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape province
Salary: Market Related

Seeking an experienced Professional Quantity Surveyor (Pr. QS) to manage and oversee quantity surveying functions across construction projects.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Manage project costs, budgets and financial reporting. Prepare BOQs, tenders, valuations and payment certificates. Manage contracts, variations, claims and final accounts. Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project teams. Monitor project progress, costs and commercial performance. Requirements: BSc\/BTech in Quantity Surveying. Professional registration with SACQSP (Pr. QS). 5+ years' relevant construction experience. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management. Proficient in MS Office and relevant QS software. Valid driver's licence and own transport.
