Company and Job Description:
A wellâestablished construction and engineering company in Sandton is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join their finance team. You will manage all financial aspects of projects, including project accounting, costing, compliance, and accurate financial reporting. You will also ensure that each project maintains a strong financial framework through precise costing, compliant processes, and timely reporting that supports successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project budgets to ensure spending aligns with scope and approvals.
Capture subâconsultant invoices in the ERP system with correct project cost allocation.
Prepare and update accurate project cost reports.
Work with project managers and management to track and review project costs.
Ensure all project expenses are properly documented and compliant

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting
3-5 years experience in project accounting and costing
Experience on accounting software
