POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric certificate (Grade 12)
2–3 years of proven external sales experience (e.g. real estate, finance, insurance)
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build strong referral networks
Confident, proactive, and self-motivated personality
Able to thrive in high-pressure, target-driven environments
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

Source and convert leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners
Assess client needs, credit profiles, and affordability to recommend suitable solutions
Present products and guide clients through the application process
Clearly explain offer terms, approval conditions, and documentation requirements
Maintain regular client communication and follow up post-sale
Accurately capture applications and compile complete supporting documents for processing
