SUMMARY:
Lead the site Quality function within Thermofelts & Fine-Needling operations. Ensure full compliance to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and VDA 6.3, while driving continuous improvement and meeting all OEM-specific requirements

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Lead site Quality Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Manage and maintain IATF/ISO/VDA systems
Conduct internal & supplier audits
Act as main customer quality liaison
Drive corrective & preventive actions
Oversee QC processes (incoming, in-process, final inspection)
Lead and develop the Quality team

Minimum Requirements

Education

Grade 12
National Diploma in Quality Management or Engineering
Certified Internal Auditor: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 & VDA 6.5

Experience

5 years or more in Automotive Manufacturing
5 years or more in a Quality Manager role
Strong experience maintaining IATF QMS
OEM exposure (Toyota, Ford, VW, BMW, Nissan, MBSA, Isuzu, etc.)
Experience with customer, supplier & 3rd party audits

Technical Expertise

Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA (AIAG/VDA), MSA, SPC, 8D
Control Plans, Flow Charts, RCA
KPI analysis (PPM, scrap, CPK/CMK)
Supplier Quality & AQL management
