RENTAL BUSINESS MANAGER – MINING EQUIPMENT (BOKSBURG)

SUMMARY:
Develop and manage the underground mining equipment rental business, overseeing fleet utilisation, profitability, customer relationships, contracts, equipment lifecycle and compliance.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements Degree\/Diploma in Business Management, Engineering, Mining, Finance or related field 5-8+ years' experience in mining equipment, heavy equipment, rental or related industries Strong underground hard-rock mining experience Experience in mining equipment rental or equipment-as-a-service Proven commercial, business development and P&L management experience Experience managing major mining customers and long-term commercial relationships Strong knowledge of underground mobile mining equipment and fleet management Experience with equipment lifecycle, maintenance, rebuild and refurbishment programmes Knowledge of equipment telemetry and digital fleet management systems advantageous Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience with capital equipment investment and lifecycle cost analysis Knowledge of mining safety, regulatory compliance, HSE and ESG requirements OEM experience advantageous Strong governance, risk management and compliance awareness By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
