Reconciliation Coordinator

Purpose: Update accounts and submit reports to ensure awareness and identification of discrepancies.

Minimum Qualifications: Entrance Certificate: Grade 12.

Minimum Experience: Finance: 3 years in Finance department in this field.

Roles and Responsibilities include inter alia:
Finance administration
Reconcile General Ledger accounts and provision account.
Update approved project escalations on Rascal and D365.
Identify extraordinary expenses and report discrepancies.
Prepare cheque requisitions.
Ensure accurate and timely filing.
Comply with work rules, standards and methods.
Take care to minimise waste.
Provide feedback on cost saving initiatives in area of control.

Finance Reporting
Prepare Sales and COS Reports.
Analyse project rate comparisons.
Compile and submit income statements to the relevant stakeholders
Prepare annual forecast of full life revenue.
