SUMMARY:
JHB/KZN - Relationship Manager required for Training Institute

POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking an energetic and client-focused Relationship Manager to strengthen stakeholder engagement and support business growth within the education and financial services training sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Support learner engagement and customer retention initiatives
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
Monitor service delivery and customer satisfaction
Resolve client queries and ensure professional support
Maintain accurate records and reporting

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field
2–5 years’ experience in relationship management, customer service, or account management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational and administrative ability
Proficiency in MS Office
