SUMMARY:
JHB/KZN - Temp Relationship Manager required for 6 month contract for specialised training institute.

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a dynamic and professional Temp Senior Relationship Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client and learner relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting strategic stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, learners, and stakeholders
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments
Manage key accounts and monitor customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer and account records
Handle complaints, queries, and project-related communication efficiently
Monitor projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

2–4 years’ administration or relationship management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organisational ability
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
