SUMMARY:
Our client in telecommunications sector is looking for a Requirements Analyst – FinTech on a contract duration for 6 months.

Role Purpose

The Requirements Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, documenting, validating, and managing business and system requirements for FinTech products, platforms, and technology initiatives. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, Project/Programme Managers, and external technology partners to translate business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements. The successful candidate must have strong FinTech / Financial Services experience, with an understanding of areas such as digital banking, payments, lending, cards, financial platforms, transactional systems, APIs, and regulatory requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree \/ Diploma in: Information Technology Business Analysis Computer Science Information Systems Finance Business Management or a related field. IIBA \/ CBAP \/ CCBA certification would be advantageous. Agile \/ Scrum certification would be advantageous. Required Experience 5+ years' experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. 3+ years' experience within FinTech, Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or related environments. Proven experience gathering and documenting complex business and system requirements. Experience working on digital financial products, payment platforms, banking systems, or transactional solutions . Experience working within Agile \/ Scrum environments . Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams. Experience with system integration and API-related requirements. Experience supporting testing, UAT, and implementation activities. Strong experience with business process modelling and process improvement.
