Qualification and Experience:

Essential: Experience working for a leading App (only applicants who have worked on an App will be considered)
2-3 years’ experience with User Retention and Activation in the app eco-system
Strong analytical skills for modelling performance and opportunity with large sets of data. Experience with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Qlik and other App marketing/reporting tools required.
Experience in understanding the LCM platforms in the GSM business (ex. Flytxt)
Experience in App Acquisition, more specifically with Facebook Ads Manager, Google UAC/Ads and other ad networks
Experience in ASO and SEO
Project management skills and strong organisation skills
Experience with Firebase database is a plus
Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
Copywriting skills essential
The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
From an early stage/hyper growth app background strongly preferred

Knowledge:

Product (digital eco-system – Apps)
Acquisition within the app ecosystem
Consumer Experience
Reporting and analytic tools
Life Cycle Management (most important)
Mobile data business, Mobile financial services and ecosystem
Mobile technology as well as GSM technology
