SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Establish the risk management framework, as approved by the Risk and Compliance Committee and reviewed by the Board
Regularly report on risk management progress and issues to the Risk and Compliance Committee
Provide reasonable assurance that adequate mechanisms and procedures are established, implemented and maintained
Facilitate the identification of individual and aggregated risks (current and emerging)Â
Assess, monitor and help manage identified risks effectively;
Gain and maintain an aggregated view of the risk profile
Establish a forward-looking assessment of the risk profile and financial position, including the conducting of regular stress testing and scenario analyses against the risk appetite and risk limits;
Assess the appropriateness of policies, processes, and controls in respect of risk management and the effective monitoring thereofÂ
