JOB SUMMARY:
A Telecommunication company based in Fourways/Johannesburg is currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate a Sales division within the Telecoms/Office Automation industry. Driving sales for PABX, Connectivity and Cyber Security Solutions, providing end to end unified voice, data communication and business solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have 3 to 5 years telecoms experience
Experience in PABX, Connectivity and Cyber security solutions
Both OA and Telecoms experience would be beneficial.
Sales management experience is a pre-requisite
Must have managed a team of at least 5 sales people
Matric and tertiary qualification is a pre-requisite
Proven sales track record
Ability to be accountable for the sales team
Managing sales activity
Good problem solver
Great presentation skills to clients
Client Liaison
Good client negotiation skills
Strong work ethic
Integrity
Strong leadership skills – Ability to support, nurture, guide, develop and manage people
Ability to assist sales people on face to face appointments
