A Well Established company in Midrand seeking an experienced Sales Manager from a technical industry to lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop sales strategies across a defined region or product line

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Set and achieve sales targets in collaboration with senior management.
Lead, train, and mentor the sales team.
Manage major accounts, negotiate pricing, and develop key client relationships.
Forecast sales and monitor performance against targets.
Develop and implement strategies to grow market share.
Oversee budgets, expenses, and sales operations.

Reporting:

Reports to senior management and the Group CEO as required.
