SUMMARY:

RecruitPro Solutions is recruiting a Sales Enablement Manager on behalf of our client, an established process engineering and industrial solutions provider. The role sits within Revenue Operations and reports to the Group Sales Director. It is responsible for the commercial operating system — CRM governance, pipeline management, forecasting, sales tools, and commercial reporting. This is a systems and process role, not a selling role.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the Sales Operations & Enablement function including resourcing, budgets, and team performance
Own CRM data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and stage definitions across all commercial teams
Drive forecasting accuracy through structured inputs, variance tracking, and reporting cadence
Run pipeline reviews, deal governance forums, and commercial reporting rhythms
Build and maintain commercial tools — pricing models, proposal templates, calculators
Manage onboarding and ongoing training for commercial process compliance
Set and enforce quality standards for proposals, submissions, and client-facing outputs
Coordinate across BD, Technical Sales, Bids, Finance, and Strategy on revenue planning
Deliver analytics on win rates, pipeline velocity, sales cycle time, and cost of bid

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (required)
8-10 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial enablement within a technical or engineering environment
Hands-on CRM management experience (Zoho or similar)
Track record of building pipeline governance, forecasting frameworks, and commercial reporting
Cross-functional experience working with sales, bids, finance, and strategy teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to enforce process discipline across teams
