Our esteemed client (Automotive Industry) in Milnerton, Cape Town, is urgently seeking an experienced and driven Selling Manager (Sales Manager) to join their Lifestyle Centre on a permanent basis.
(including incentives / negotiable salary: dependent on experience)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the sales of camper trailers, caravans, and motorhomes, with the ability to consistently achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This senior sales role requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently, lead by example, and provide guidance within the sales team. POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12). Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence. Minimum of 3 years' experience in: Lifestyle vehicle sales Camper sales (commercial vehicles) Motorhome sales Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong knowledge of lifestyle and recreational vehicles. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell lifestyle vehicles, campers, caravans, and motorhomes. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Generate new business through prospecting and referrals. Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations. Prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements. Manage the complete sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Assist with stock presentation and showroom standards. Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity. Work closely with the finance and aftersales departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Represent the Lifestyle Centre professionally at all times.
