POSITION INFO:
We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team, drive branch sales performance, and grow our customer base. If you have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets while delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives Drive sales performance and achieve branch sales targets Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts Identify and secure new business opportunities Monitor market trends and competitor activity Conduct sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis Ensure excellent customer service and client retention Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a sales management role (2-5years) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Experience within the stationery or retail industry will be advantageous Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel is essential (must have own reliable car) Computer literacy and strong administrative skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential. Degree will be advantageous
