Sales Manager

Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg

Main Purpose:

We are looking for a entrepreurial Sales Manager to grow and develop the Cartrack brand, the channels to market and subscriber base in African countries where Cartrack operates, in line with sales and marketing objectives and budgets. Build relationships with the respective Country Managers, Sales Managers and Key Account Manager and lead, guide and upskill the sales forces through training, on-the-job coaching and performance assessment.

Educational Requirements:

• Matric
• Qualifications in either or: Sales & Marketing / Business Administration / Management Development Programme / Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Project Management / Finance or Non-Financial Management
• MS office

Other Requirements:

• Drivers licence / Own vehicle
• Clear criminal record
• Clear ITC
• Valid Passport (international travelling)

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• 3 Years engagement with General Management / Executive Team
• 3 - 5 Years National Sales Management
• 3 Years B2B and B2C Product Roll Out
• 1 Year Business & Financial Management
• 2 Years Personnel Management (Including CRM, Training, Coaching)
• Familiar with Telesales and Call Centre Management (an advantage)
